Excluding Pre-Orders, all orders are shipped within 3 business days. We send all of our parcels using DPD who will provide updates via email or text with an hourly window so you can never miss a delivery.
Pre-Orders
Estimated shipping dates are provided for Pre-Orders. We will do our best to ship your pre-order before or on the estimated ship date, but please be aware the actual ship may be different due to production or shipping delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order starts fulfilment, a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier. We will then update your order with the tracking information and email it over to you.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nkkz.co.uk for return details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us service@fountasia.com for details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PROTOTYPE HISTORY
Once upon a time, a mighty Red Dragon, the Lord of the ocean, fell in love with the Sun, which made its waters sparkle like billions of diamonds. But the vast thickness of the sky separated them. The dragon asked his brother, the Lord of the air, to lift the waves of the ocean higher and higher. But he has never reached the beautiful face of the Sun. Then he decided to present all the treasures, stored at the bottom to the Luminary. But the rays of the Sun have not been able to break through the water column.
In desperation, they turned to the Heavenly Emperor. And the Almighty answered them: a million years will pass when the world will change and the mountains will sink, and the bottom of the ocean will rise, and the sun will fall on the Earth, and only at this last moment will you be destined to meet.
Since then, the Red Dragon has been watching his Love and counts down the years.
No, this is not an ancient Asian legend. We just came up with it looking how the "Sun Chaser" prefabricated sundial works. You can come up with many of your versions.
In Asian mythology, dragons are the foundation of everything. These creatures have many forms, but they represent the four elements: fire, water, air and earth. With their unlimited power over the Earth and the creatures inhabiting it, even the most powerful dragons are powerless against the invincible Time. Therefore, to create a model of a sundial in the shape of a dragon was an ingenious idea. As a result of a bold design idea, a beautiful composition was born that tells of a Red Dragon that wants to reunite with the Sun, but only by following it with the gaze of its jade eyes, counting down the hours of eternity. A beautiful legend has found its embodiment in metal, thanks to the efforts of the engineers of "Metal Time".
The Metal Time team, while creating the Sun Chaser, was inspired by the history of human observation over time and Asian mythology. Of course, the basis of the sundial was a fixed piece that casts a shadow on the timeline, but our engineers and designers decided to improve this design.
The result is an art object that will bring a lot of pleasure to both lovers of technical creativity and connoisseurs of beauty.

The "Sun Chaser" model is equipped with an electric motor powered by a battery pack. It provides the movement of the "dragon" around its axis over time.
